Tulare California – Tulare Regional Medical Center announces the expanision of their community education program in Kingsburg.
Meaningful Monday is a free monthly interactive wellness education program held the first Monday of each month and faciliated by Tulare Regional Medical Center (TRMC). Programs are open to the public and held in the Kingsburg Senior Center at 1450 Ellis From 10:00 am -11:30am.
Monthly topics include; diabetes, sleep disorders, Balloon Sinaplasty, physical activity motivation and preventing disease of the eye. All Meaningful Monday presentations are designed to faciliate personal behavior change leading to a healthier lifestyle.
