Home Care Services

Tulare Regional Medical Center's commitment to the continuum of care continues for patients requiring medical services in the home.   Services include skilled nursing, physical and occupational rehabilitation and medical social work.

TRMC Home Health Services are provided by physician referral within Tulare and Kings Counties.  Our home health services are Medicare Certified and Accredited by the Joint Commission.

Capabilities

• Skilled Nursing:  Addressing needs such as wound care, diabetic related medical support, catheter care, intravenous (IV) therapy and more.
• Rehabilitations Services: Includes both physical therapy to improve joint, bone or muscle function and occupational therapy for developing skills to achieve independence.
• Medical Social Work: Facilitating the resources to meet the financial and emotional needs of the patient.
• Care for the terminally ill: For those who do not qualify or are not interested in hospice services.
