Mineral King Toxicology Laboratory

Tulare Regional Medical Center has two medical and one toxicology laboratory locations to serve inpatients, outpatients, employers and law enforcement agencies.

Our capabilities include a large test menu and fast turnaround for inpatients and outpatients alike. More than 97 percent of tests are done in-house, allowing doctors quick access to comprehensive, actionable information.

The toxicology laboratory provides drug and forensic testing in Tulare, Kings and Fresno Counties.

TRMC's laboratories are accredited by The Joint Commission and DNV Healthcare, Inc.  Mineral King Toxicology Laboratory demonstrates accuracy by our voluntary enrollment in proficiency testing by the College of American Pathologists.
